for the sale of digital goods (activation codes)

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official offer from Individual Entrepreneur Shilov Evgeny Gennadyevich, hereinafter the «Seller», to conclude a contract for the sale of digital goods with any individual or legal entity, hereinafter the «Buyer».

1.2. The offer is published on the Internet and accessible through the Telegram bot @EShilovMapPaymentbot or other agreed communication channels.

1.3. Payment for the goods means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.

2. Subject of the Contract

2.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with a digital product — a unique activation code to access Pro features of the «ESMaps — Forest Navigator» app.

2.2. The code is transmitted electronically via the Telegram bot @EShilovMapPaymentbot or another agreed channel automatically after payment confirmation.

2.3. The activation code is a license to access app functionality and is not a physical product.

2.4. Each activation code is tied to a single device and cannot be used simultaneously on multiple devices.

2.5. The Buyer may receive multiple codes, but a new code is required to activate the App on another device.

2.6. A new code for activating the App on another device is provided only after a new payment.

3. Order and Payment Procedure

3.1. The Buyer places an order through the Telegram bot @EShilovMapPaymentbot or another agreed channel.

3.2. Payment is made through:

• YuMoney
• cryptocurrency

3.3. The Seller's obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment the code is provided through the agreed communication channel.

3.4. In case of technical failure, the code provision time may be extended.

4. Price

4.1. The price of the goods is indicated in the Telegram bot @EShilovMapPaymentbot or another agreed communication channel.

4.2. The price may be changed by the Seller at any time before payment.

5. Refund Conditions

5.1. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds after code transmission are not made, except in cases of:

• code was not provided
• code does not work

5.2. In case of confirmed problem, the Seller undertakes to:

• replace the code
• or refund the money

5.3. Payment made using cryptocurrency is considered final and non-refundable, except in cases of non-provision of the product.

6. Rights and Obligations of Parties

The Seller undertakes to:

• provide a working code
• ensure correct operation of the Telegram bot @EShilovMapPaymentbot within reasonable limits

The Buyer undertakes to:

• not transfer the code to third parties
• not resell the code
• use the code for its intended purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Seller is not liable for:

• incompatibility of the app with the device
• app operation errors
• inability to use for reasons beyond the Seller's control

7.2. The Seller's liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product.

8. Personal Data

8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

8.2. The Buyer consents to data processing when placing an order.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The offer enters into force from the moment of publication.

9.2. The Seller has the right to change the offer terms without notice.

9.3. All disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
