ESMaps — Forest Navigator

1. General Provisions

This agreement governs the use of the mobile application «ESMaps — Forest Navigator» (hereinafter the «App»).

By using the App, the user agrees to the terms of this agreement.

2. License

The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on one device.

Each activation code is tied to a single device and cannot be used simultaneously on multiple devices.

The user may receive multiple codes, but a new code is required to activate the App on another device.

A new code for activating the App on another device is provided only after a new payment.

The user does not have the right to:

• decompile, modify the App or its parts

3. Functionality

The App provides:

• GPS navigation
• offline map support
• additional Pro-version features (upon activation code)

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided «as is».

The developer is not liable for:

• navigation errors
• map inaccuracies
• consequences of use in real conditions (including in the forest)

The user makes decisions independently based on app data.

5. Pro-Version Activation

Access to extended functionality is provided after entering an activation code.

The code:

• is provided electronically
• is intended for personal use
• is not refundable after activation

6. Updates

The developer reserves the right to change app functionality without prior notice.

7. Termination of Access

The developer reserves the right to restrict access to the App in case of agreement violation.

8. Final Provisions

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
